Drone's can't fix shocked airlocks.

Reproduction

1. Open the maintenance panel of a shocked airlock (with a screwdriver)
2. Attempt to use wire cutters or a multi tool on the door, to open the wires menu
3. Instead do nothing.

Drones can't enter the wire menu of airlocks with the "High Voltage Ground" wire cut or pulsed (temporary), I assume that means they can't interact with shocked doors' wires.
