Backrooms no longer spawns beacons

Why is this good for the game?

being able to access the backrooms via the teleporter was an oversight i left it at the time because i wasn't aware how long it would take for the proper entrance portal to be added but that time isn't far off now, so i'm pre-emptively removing the beacons, so people can't bypass the intended entrance
