Adds plated spines and tail option for lizards

New lizard customization options! Be a kind armadillo sort of I guess, or an alligator if that's your style, or whatever. Big spine things but flat!

Split into both spine and tail, so technically you can have one or the other and they actually look pretty okay.

Testing

Bottom two are with stripes, which kinda get in the way a bit due to layering and I haven't worked out how to fix that one yet. Stay tuned!
