Kinetic javelin now points in the direction being thrown + throwspeed

Why is this good for the game?

They're javelins, they're thrown as a piercing projectile, not some sorta spinning handaxe or whatnot Since they don't spin, they look a lot slower, so i've increased the throwspeed to accomadate With the reduction to damage brought with the last pr, throwspeed can be increased without making them too strong The loyalty javelin has also been made slightly slower again as it's consistency makes it really good, but it's still faster than before last pr
