Bigass morgue glowup

Hi hello hi I ported some cool stuff for morgues and bodybags, namely The cool tray animation in https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/83127 by Melbert And lots of refactoring done in https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/75065 by JohnFulpWillard
So basically:
- Morgue and crematoriums are now animated, with their trays sliding out when you open/close them
- Morgue and cremator trays are now craftable (5 sheets of metal in the crafting menu)
- Putting label/tags on bodybags (now with TGUI!) will now apply the same tag on top of whatever morgue box it's currently in
- The morgue area no longer has ambience, this is because the ambience we gave it was some horror movie graveyard shit that was always too loud and really quite bothersome in my opinion
- And then lots of refactoring for all of the above
