Multiple bugs with the shuttles in the trade route space ruin

Reproduction:

Description: The small freighter shuttle doesnt recognize the empty space that you are supposed to repair as part of the shuttle and just leaves the tiles behind (image 1 -> image 2). The buttons that control door bolts on each of the shuttles in the ruin are not linked to their appropriate doors so they dont work (image 3). The pirate cutter APC seems to not properly receive power from the SMES unit that charges it despite being setup correctly (image 4). In image 5 I was shooting past this firelock with a laser which normally would pass through it, for some reason it doesnt anymore and i just had to shoot the firelock out. The air tanks in the ruin also have some fucked up texture as seen in image 6.
