Synthetic Update

Document the changes in your pull request

Did followin:

• Removed shitty html name prompt when spawning; replaced with selectable name in prefs menu and random name options
• Added spawn points for synths on every map; one right inside the AI upload, the other in the teleporter room in the AI satellite
• Gave synths AI upload access so they can better serve their AI overlord, also lets me give them that second spawn point
• Fixed oversight where synths didn't have service hall access
• Added an alt title
• Fixed a bug where synth IDs were lookin generic-green

Behind the scenes changes:

• Reorganized preferences/names.dm to match the in-game menu
• Gave synth landmarks an actual icon, instead of using cyborg icon
• Did some minor decal fixes on icemeta's AI sat
• Synth IDs are now a subtype of /id/silver/ because efficiency

Why is this good for the game?

Imma be blunt, synths are just plain boring to play as in their current state. They depend on heads of staff to go anywhere not in service, they can't survive in space at all, they don't feel robotic (because they technically aren't, that could stand to be rectified too).

Anyways this doesn't change a whole lot, but it helps a tiny bit. No more awful html window asking for your name, and no more random spawns leading to poor synths getting stuck in places they can't get out of.

Testing

Finally silver ID card as intended! Randomized names, very cool!

Spriting

So mappers won't be looking at a picture of a cyborg when putting down landmarks (image gotten from wiki sprite area screenshot)
