new Olmec loot: Archaic clay canister

Adds a loot drop for Olmec, the clay canister.

• Produces small heads on a 10 second cooldown that you can throw at targets
• Heads follow targets for 1.5 seconds before stopping and coming down half a second later
• crushed people take 25 brute damage on the head (no armor penetration), mobs take 75, and objects take 25 damage -killed/dead simplemobs are gibbed on being crushed
• mobs within melee range of the landing zone are immobilized for one second
• the head is destroyed after being thrown

Why is this good for the game?

it's probably fitting loot for the boss

Testing

tested to make sure armor is checked and that the smashing process wont get interrupted by plucking the rock or shadow out of the sky

btw I recommend not putting it in the yogstation folder as it'll conflict with #21995, which removes yogstation/icons/obj/lavaland/artefacts.dmi
