food can be loaded in vendors even when full

Reproduction

Join as cook. Load food onto tray. Add food into food vendor (getmore chocolate corp or w/e) using the tray. After enough food, get a message saying the vendor is full and you cannot load more. You can still load food if you use your hands, not tray.

So either, for consistency, it needs to be made so you can't load past that point using hands, or remove the limit for trays.
