Short Description
The Death Sensor doesn't send out it's code when the user dies.
Reproduction
Add a Death sensor with the send code of "1"
Add any program and deactivate it but give it the Activate code of "1"
Die.
Program doesn't activate.

Unsure if this is to do with the send_code() proc but using a remote control and sending the "1" code activates the program like it would if the death sensor were to work.
I also had this same problem with the death sensor just plain not working. Substituting it with a health sensor worked fine but the death sensor is DEFINETLY broken in some way.
