Reproduction:

Details: Welders will use fuel on click when they haven't actually been used. It uses 1 fuel per click regardless of if you click on a thing that can be welded. Welder has to be on. Reproduction: Turn on welder > click vending machine like 6 times > you lost 6 fuel without anything happening
