Description: The craft recipes for both atropine medipen refills and maintenance pump-up refills don't actually need a used medipen/injector. For example, so long as you have just the atropine, you can craft entirely new atropine medipens with the refill recipe. No empties required. Same for pump-up, but the epinephrine medipen refill seems to work as it should. In addition, there's something even stranger going on that I can't figure out: Crafted medipens sometimes have the wrong amount of chemicals inside. I've seen an epinephrine medipen with double the normal chems. I've seen an atropine injector with 2u of chems and I've seen one with NO meds inside. I chem scanned it and everything. In-tact medipen, zero chems inside. wtf.
