Short Description
Firing a scoped weapon (such as a sniper rifle) while scoped will aim the projectile half a meter north of where it is aimed.
Reproduction
1: get a syndicate sniper rifle 2: enter zoomed mode with the scope button 3a: fire at the very bottom of a tile 4a: observe round pass through center of tile
3b: fire a penetrator (for clarity) round at an object or mob on a tile by clicking on them 4b: observe round just clip the very top of the object or mob, or miss entirely if it is a small item on the ground

This is a long-time issue (>1 year, probably longer) I just kept forgetting to make a report on it. It rarely comes up but when it does it's really annoying. Zooming back in by moving enough or reusing the scope ability returns aiming to normal.
