Players resoundingly appreciate whenever I do this for bus, so let's make it a station trait
Makes every plasteel tile on station z-level have the "darkfull" icon

While well executed and a fun gimmick, we are choosing to close this PR to allow mappers to design rooms, without the color scheme being changed around due to a random station trait. TL;DR fun gimmick but too visually upsetting
