Adds Tribal Stack-Healing Items + Adjusts Aloe Cream

Adds Sinew Sutures, for ash-walkers and miners to make.

Sinew Sutures are made with 1 bone, 6 sinew, and 1 unit of TinLux (so it isn't just the easiest thing to make for heals) About equal to emergency sutures, maybe a little better?

Allows you to make Aloe Cream with 30u of Ash and 30u of Aloe Juice instead of microwaving aloe, so ash walkers can make it also adjusts it to be a fairly strong burn heal but not a brute heal for carbons

Wiki Documentation

Aloe cream reaction needs to be added to the wiki Guide to Chemistry (As does the currently unlisted Ash Resin Solidification reaction, and relevant Ashy Resin reagent) Sinew Sutures should be added probably to the medical items list

1 full 2 half 3 almost empty

Future need

Ashwalkers need to be given a way to get Aloe seeds; plan is currently to add them in a separate PR to the ashwalker village

mourning poultices already exist and are stack items and heal brute and burn and are craftable by ashwalkers, with the only thing being that i believe they can't heal wounds (which you could just change so that they slowly can.)

Poultices don't heal wounds, as you noted, but more importantly, have a dogshit recipe and the wiki itself fails to mention you can use it on living people ALSO it's a bit of a waste to make and use it for say, a little burn damage, since they heal SO much more than these two items

i dont see how the wiki not mentioning it can heal is supposed to be a fault, or that they heal more since you can just eat a bit of food instead for very minor wounds. The recipe is also pretty simple (cactus, ash, heat, and mushroom stems) but is also supposed to lend towards there being a shaman ashwalker incase you don't want to only kill fauna all day. The items are also not very good compared to the poultice and the bone suture is expensive considering you'd rather use the bones and sinew for gear. I personally don't see much point in them save for wound healing but whatever.

well optimally you'd get gear before making these, so

Isnt the point of aloe to be a top-up/high quantity low quality general heal, while this turns it into "mesh but actually shit"

Just wondering if you can reply to Theos

Genuinely not sure what the point of Aloe was even; it's rare to get any, currently low quality for healing, and doesn't heal wounds just like poultice. This does just make it into "worse mesh" but well, it's a Tribal healing item with this PR (kinda)
