Secure storage sprites now work

All of them start green now.

Document the changes in your pull request

Makes all secure storage containers start with them overlayed with their on sprite as I'm pretty sure that all of them start unlocked. Adds in actual sprites for them to use as well. Also makes both secure storage containers use the sparking sprite when multi-tooled.

@VaelophisNyx Thank you for the sprite animations I cannot be bothered to adjust them.
