how to make ice map on yog

1. take box and replace every space tile with a snow block, going over girders and everything

did u think there were any more steps? lol, lmao

fixes the map generator to not spawn asteroid mobs, gives more actual snow space on the ice box map, undisables it (admin spawn only doe) so "testing" may commence.
