Adds a new lavaland megafauna ruin for the icemoon Demon-Frost Miner

makes Frosty here drop his loot in a wooden crate instead of on the ground makes the boots only a little faster not full ass -1 speed increase makes the snowball machine gun not have 100 armor pierce so its ok that miners get it

ruin contains:

• three fugu glands
• three antigravity grenades
• one KA & orange chassis mod & cooldown mod + hardness mods
• 9 adamantine coins (1 on the ground, 8 in a crate)
• one Advanced Hypo Spray kit, Vial Kit, and both quickload and piercing upgrades for them

Will need to be added to the ruins page, and the miner needs to be put into the megafauna list

I dont know how I like it as a ruin, supposed to be exclusive, lets see if icemoon sucks so much ass that it's not feasible to bring back first
