Adds the bottle of refined dragons blood for lizard traitors. For 7 tc it'll turn you into a fire-immune extremely-obvious red lizard with slightly lower brute and burn mods and slightly higher unarmed damage, also known as a draconid. Also allows draconids to purchase the two other lizard-only items in the uplink: flying fang tablets and fire breath mutators.
