Adds a new ruin to lavaland. Mostly because I thought that the miners should get to know and or possibly use some of their own mining gear if they're inexperienced or just plain don't know it exists. Also adds in the ice weaver back as an enemy, it should work fine as it's a subtype of the normal weaver but I haven't tested its AI.

This PR has been tested, I have yet to get it to spawn naturally but I assume it will. Again the AI for the weaver is also untested so I am unsure if it actually works as intended or if it would try to murder normal fauna once it gets out.
