Alternative Genetics to the already open PR

https://github.com/yogstation13/Yogstation/pull/15400 The above is an already re-done genetics, but tbh after learning genetics and playing it, and speaking to the regulars who play genetics, they quite like the layout but wish they had more room to work with the many monkied humans they get and also victims who enter genetics for powers.

I've removed room from the cloning genetics and given it to the normal genetics, cloning does not need to be as big as it is, nowadays, the focus has moved more into defib than cloning and I see it barely used.

There were also a couple of nitty gritty bits I didn't like personally so I'll list and explain them below.

• Added the missing pipe outside of CMO's office (as per the other PR)
• Added an atmos alarm to genetics (as per the other PR)
• Removed space from unnecessarily large cloning lab and given to genetics
• Added empty boxes for mass production of syringes/powers on a glass table in the middle
• Added a disposal unit outside genetics for people to dispose of their used power-syringes, I got sick of the litter
• Moved the second desk away from the window, if the staff on the first desk (left) wants to answer, they have to literally move the second staff out the way to get to the desk to help
• Added coil and rollerbed, to assist in wrangling those monkies
• Added more curtains to all but the window desk
• Added an extra monkey so it's 3/3 per geneticist
