Horror Balance Patch 1.1

Adresses some of the more annoying aspects of horror to make it more well-round balanced.
Sharp Teeth
Horror teeth can no longer become sharp, renamed the upgrade to Serrated Teeth. General damage increase was nerfed (10 → 20) to (10 → 15). On the other side, you do increased damage to cyborgs (10 → 20 - 25).
Reasoning for this change is that when paired with health upgrade and regeneration, you became a small hard to catch killing machine. Now you'll be most effective against your actual threat, the cyborgs.
Lube spill
Soul cost increased from 1 to 2. Chemical cost per use increased from 30 to 50.
No longer applies lube over 10 ticks. Now only does it once, putting lube in much smaller radius.
Lube spill was extremely strong for very little cost. Now there's a chance the floor below you leaves an opening without lube, no longer being a "Get away from jail free card". The chemical cost should also make it less spammable, unless you spend time building up your chemical supply.
