Adds Toreador bloodsucker clan

Adds a new bloodsucker clan - Toreador. This clan members are bound by morale but disguise among crew more easily and make their vassals feel better.

Also tweaks masquarade breaking so it doesn't force every other bloodsucker to kill you, but it still informs that about it and after breaking it other bloodsuckers can treat you as a very cringe person and steal your vassals.

Upsides

-Can't go upper then 10 humanity loss -Masquarade is free, and doesn't have any negative effects on them -Passively give a mood buff to vassals near them -Favourite vassal gains mesmerise ability

Downsides

-Forced mood yeah -Can't suck mouses -Get mood debuffs from loosing humanity -Have a clan objective to kill every other bloodsucker that breaks masquarade
