[ADMIN] NT uplinks for ERT

New admin button alongside old ERT button that instead gives ERT uplinks to buy what they want instead of pre-equipping them
Old button still exists because sometimes you can't sit for 10 minutes deciding what you want and also for specialized ERTS (jani, paranormal, clown)
All ERTs created this way will spawn with the same base gear, but their uplink currency (warpcrystals) will be determined by the ERT level
Most if not all things that ERT previously spawned with are available through the uplink
I have intentionally avoided dumb stuff like 2 shot deagles, though for deathsquad there is some treats in there (and for a sizeable ERT that happens to pool their money? :eyes:)

You could put an H.E.P.H.A.E.S.T.U.S. mantis blade kit in the uplink, they're kinda shit but they look cool and that way they won't sit uselessly in the code. And maybe the hellfire laser gun and mindflayer, pls I want my warcrime guns 🥺.
You could also add the mini egun for 1WC and make it buyable only once per uplink, in case the ERT is dumb and wasted almost all their WC on stuff but forgot guns, kind of an equivalent to the nuke op's surplus rifle.

If this is fine, the X-01 seems like an obvious thing to also put into the uplink.

The miniature energy gun is not a "high-risk item" and is not unique.
It comes from many other sources such as the snowdin lavaland ruin, the infiltrator gamemode base, and the kilo emergency shuttle bridge
It's a slightly rare shitty e-gun that the HoP gets to defend himself with and to discourage validhunting

1 WC for a 5 boxes full of NT approved posters.
The uplink lack any armor other than the hardsuits, maybe adding a basic armor vest for 1-2WC, would mostly be useful for the ATF since the CC official will probably not need an armor and the other ERTs can just buy the hardsuits.
Also do uplinked ERTs have bowman headsets? Because if they don't then they can't really use the flashbangs. Maybe add a bowman headset for 1 WC in that case.
Since we discovered riot/teleshieds actually block every physical attacks and not just at a RNG chance I guess the description in the uplink should be changed to match how it actually work.

This is not new to ERTs: Amber ERTs do not get hardsuits
The goal is to let players decide what is important to them. I want players to get greedy and forego a hardsuit in exchange for better weaponry or otherwise. I want them to experiment. That freedom is the entire point of this PR.

I'd think adjusting them to at least spawn with an armor vest and some kind of helmet would be good, or just have a selection of free stuff in the ERT room like a rack of normal, of bulletproof, and of riot, so it's some decision if you decide to not buy a hardsuit.

Seem like the power pack is overwriting the recharger in the uplink item list. 5 WC also seem like a lot for a basic unupgraded recharger, maybe make it being upgraded (not with T4 obviously since it recharge faster than you can empty another energy weapon, maybe just T2 or T3) or cheaper. I know it's kinda unlimited bullets but it's a quite common machine while also needing the area to be powered so it's not ammunition given for free if the station is seriously damaged.
Could you also add diagnostic sunglasses to the uplink so there's all the possible HUD?

This would make more sense if they were able to purchase borgs, but they can still have their uses.
Plus, those borgs would need a funny little lawset AND that'd probably just be a whole other PR to add ERT borgs which I think is baller as hell.

Each HUD is in accordance with what ERT normally has, but as sunglasses

The goal is to let players decide what is important to them. I want players to get greedy and forego a hardsuit in exchange for better weaponry or otherwise. I want them to experiment. That freedom is the entire point of this PR.

ERT Should have whatever they need and spare, I don't like the idea of limiting ERT to a finite amount of stuff which is less then what they have right now. Considering ERT don't always work or turn out anyway. You will need to make it generous to the ERT.

This is fair, although each level should be able to afford what they have normally and a little bit extra. The idea is to give them freedom to choose what they want, enabling them to get more exotic options like the currently neglected NG Boarder without just outright giving them everything for free. I can raise the starting WC if you want them to be stronger.

As long as the numbers are equivalent as it is now equipment wise, sure. But I dont like the idea of all of ERT going commander hardsuit, I liked the assigned roles..

You can choose what role you want now! And the ERT hardsuits are mechanically all the same, just skinned differently. If everyone decides they want the commander outfit... more power to them, I guess?
No I dont want 6 commander suits, being assigned the roles helps balance and not everyone going 6 L6's
dont uplinks currently have role restriction? Can't that be applied here to stuff that should be role restricted?
