Does not give night vision, it just fullbright everything so you can't tell where darkness ends and light begins. Still doesn't render shit that's in the dark.

Is this still an issue/bug? Currently, mesons are actually just lesser night vision goggles due to https://github.com/yogstation13/Yogstation/pull/21221.
