Potentially round breaking shuttle bug

Short Description

Shuttle launched on top of itself, deleting mostly everything that was on it including me

Reproduction

Launched (cargo, with blast doors on either side,filled with syndies) white ship variant onto it's same position to spin it in the correct direction.
Instead it spawned ON TOP OF ITSELF deleting mostly everything on it including myself, It also, interestingly became stuck on Z-level 14, which probably means it's respawn location overlapped with it's current hyperspace turf location, deleting the shuttle console and making it unable to move, or something.
