Previous image still displayed after selecting another one

As explained here : #74 (tagged Closed but still does not work)

I also have this issue now with the new version 0.4.2. Following this issue : #81 now when I remove an existing image (when I edit an object) then I select a new one, the old one is displayed again. I have to remove it again then chose the new image I want to have, and then it works.

When it is on a blank form (without any image to remove) it works well.

Thought there was an issue with how the image is stored, but looks like the problem is this.

It looks like it's on the rendering side, as the id of the file changes (after it's queried from the server collection)...just not what is shown.

I forked a working version here : https://github.com/jebarjonet/meteor-autoform-file currently available here : https://atmospherejs.com/shinn/autoform-file (the origin of my fork) if you want to test it and understand how it is solved
