Delete the target when it is already in the organization

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. when you add an organization, targets that have been added to other organizations will still appear so there will be confusion when adding (Select Targets )

Describe the solution you'd like removing the domain in the (selected target) when the domain is added to the organization would be a good thing
