Feature - Smart Bulk Target Import

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. You want to import a large(5-10k) list of targets for an organization. You are given the subdomains for the scope and don't need to do any subdomain enumeration. A target will be created for each asset in the list, which brings everything to a crawl, and makes adding them all to an organization impossible.

Describe the solution you'd like Ability to define the organization during the import.

The targets that get created will only be for the domain, and the subdomains will get added to that target. If the main domain is not in the list, but only subdomains of the domain, still display the domain as the target, but it wouldn't actually be "targeted"?

Describe alternatives you've considered I've thought about trying to do this manually in the backend, as 9k targets really slowed everything down.
