bug: Unable to Add subfinder API keys

Current Behavior

Gives Server Error (500) when trying to add subfinder API keys

Expected Behavior

200 OK

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to https://VPS:IP/scanEngine/default/tool_settings

2. Try to add any API key for subfinder

3. see the error
