Add some further clarifications to the gauge descriptions

I'll leave that to @yob to decide. IMO that should be a separate piece of work as it's a separate metric (not %) and you need to consider that it's not available on certain versions. My goal here was just to improve the clarity and correctness of these existing descriptions.
