This is a solution for #325 named_destinations.

I used gitpod.io to make the changes. Therefore there is also a .gitpod.yml file. you can open the project in by prefixing the url with gidpod.io# (e.g. https://gitpod.io#https://github.com/yob/pdf-reader)
