Is it possible to hide cell Instantly?

I have 2 types of comments 1. Private & 2. Public

now i type private comment and I change it from Private to Public comment but last typed comment is fadeout with some particular time, I want to hide it instantly when user change comment type.

I Used this files in Objective C, so can you guys please guide me how can I do this?
