It looks like TypeScript LSP plugin will be the best solution to support more IDEs (Zed, NeoVim, Vim, CLI)

Bringing this up as a stopgap:

Can some version of this extension be added to a Github page or something where we can just paste in an error? Or does it involve using the LSP to get additional info? The TS errors displayed in Zed are nearly unusable, so this would be better than nothing until Zed officially supports this plugin.

Interesting idea, I wouldn't think people will bother to paste errors in some web page but it should be relatively easy to implement. If someone else thinks it'll be helpful I would be glad if you add some emoji here
