add github actions

would you be interested in seting up some github actions on this repository ?

I have several ideas such as:

• checking json integrity on any push
• checking websites links status on weekly basis
• generate mkd files based on json (or vice versa)

i can work on this but just want to check first if you are ok with it.

Oh this is interesting. Definitely interested! Thanks for the proposal. Go for it! With pleasure. It's been a pending task in my mind for while but I never took the time to run some sanity check on json and websites URLs. Yoann
