License: choose the JobCatcher license and edit any file to be complient with it

The only thing that bothers me with MIT license is I don't want JobCatcher to be used for commercial purpose. The idea here is to help people. Anyway I really doubt that people could one day use jobcatcher to make money... I need to see what are our possible choices.

From the bootstrap documentation: "Glyphicons Halflings are normally not available for free, but their creator has made them available for Bootstrap free of cost. As a thank you, we only ask that you to include a link back to Glyphicons whenever possible."
