In the navbar, one can find three links and a bit of text (e.g. "21 blacklisted offers (14%)"). That text should not look like a link.

It seams that when the last of dynamic pages contains exactly offers_per_page offers, an empty page is added after it.
In the index.html file: - remove or fill out dead links/buttons - maybe improve the design if it doesn't take to much time
