Update and Refresh Nipple Options

Hi there, love your library! Forgive me if Im being stupid but I wanted to ask if there was a quick way to update nipple options for an existing nipple. I have a case where I want to set lockX option to true or false based on a user input. Would really appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks!

I have the same problem that I want to change the color dynamically. When I changing the color option, nothing happens... My solution for the moment is to create a function to make the change.
