[Reqwest](https://crates.io/crates/reqwest) provides the convenience function [`danger_accept_invalid_certs`](https://docs.rs/reqwest/0.11.22/reqwest/struct.ClientBuilder.html#method.danger_accept_invalid_certs) on their [`ClientBuilder`](https://docs.rs/reqwest/0.11.22/reqwest/struct.ClientBuilder.html) as for [curl](https://github.com/curl/curl) IIRC you can simply add the `--insecure` flag.

Unfortunately, the UDP associate command is currently unsupported, a fully RFC-compliant implementation of the command is definitely planned in the future
