do the following in your environment: `sudo apt-get install -y cmake` `sudo apt-get install -y libharfbuzz-dev libfribidi-dev` `sudo apt-get install -y libudunits2-dev` and then these in R: `install.packages("devtools", dependencies=TRUE)` `devtools::install_github('cole-trapnell-lab/monocle3')`
