AYON app does not close cleanly in MacOS

Description
Current Behavior
When you try to close the AYON app from the notification tray on macOS, it never goes away. The icon becomes frozen and the context menu does not open. The zombie process can be seen in the os's Activity Monitor as: ayon (Not Responding). It must be force closed for the icon and process to go away. It doesn't prevent a new instance to be loaded, but then there are 2 icons in the tray, with one that responds, and another that does not.
The zombie process continues to use a non-trivial amount of resources and CPU time making this an significant bug that saps resources each time you close the launcher and reopen it in a single boot.
Expected Behavior
It should close!! This is especially bad when asking users to close AYON and relaunch... the pain begins....
Steps To Reproduce:
- Open AYON.
- Close Ayon.
- You will see the icon in the notification try does not go away. The ayon process can also be seen in the Activity Monitor app
Additional context:
Versions
Version of the server: 1.8.3+202505061407 ayon-core: 1.2.0
Launcher: 1.2.2
What platform were you running when you found the bug?
MacOS Sequoia 15.4.1
Relevant log output:
I can confirm this is due to a thread that needed to properly closed. By default ITrayService may not be exiting cleanly using its own code, and I have not yet been able to successfully get the code that works on PC to close the threads to work on MacOS at all. This imho warrants work around the ITrayService and making sure it can be reliably closed on MacOS as I have already tried numerous standard python approaches to no avail.
