Browser: Archived products and versions still showing in list

Story

A product/version has been archived (active=false) but it's still showing in the browser list.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set a product active=false (only possible in the API)
2. See product still shows in the list

Expected behavior

• [ ] Products with active=false should hide all versions (completely removed from the list).
• [ ] Versions with active=false should hide versions on the product and completely hide the product (in the list) if there are 0 active versions.
