Please describe the enhancement you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Support for version statuses in validator. For example - trigger only on versions that have status "Approved". Default should be current behavior where only version number counts. Settings should provide enum of current project version statuses and you should be able to set it per DCC/productType with multiple statuses.
