Ability to group publisher attributes

Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Attributes shown in the publisher UI are ordered by pyblish plugins themselves (and how they are defined there). With lot of attributes among lot of plugins make mess and it is super difficult to orient yourself.

How would you imagine the implementation of the feature?

if we allow additional value to attribute definition like group so you'll have something like:

BoolDef("point_sets",
               label="Export Point Sets",
               default=True,
               group="Point options"
)

Group name could be then used to .... well.... group stuff together?
