Publisher: Visualize failed Creator plug-ins and show Creator plug-ins in Details tab

Currently there is no way to debug what a Creator plug-in ended up doing inside the new Publisher UI except for whether an instance was generated or not.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to be able to Creator plug-ins that failed to load (similar to how Pyblish plug-ins failing to load are visualized).

Additionally it would be great to read a log specific to a Creator and as such I'd love for them to show under the list of Plug-ins too.

Middle column: above "Collect" it could show "Create" Right column: Crashed Plug-ins would also show the crashed creator plug-ins.
