OpenPype Cinema4D Host Integration

I believe at some point somewhere he mentioned he switched jobs and he wasn't actively working on this anymore. However, I can take over if there's plenty community interest ;)

I've acquired a relatively similar codebase of Avalon x Cinema4D which I wanted to transfer over at some point anyway.

C4D Host integration development should be continued in a separate repo ayon-cinema4d which currently doesn't exist yet.

Also, for your information, OpenPype has reached it's end of support. For more info: OpenPype end of life timeline
