Redirect to the listing of mappings instead of mapping view page would be better

Test Environment: Environment: | https://sandboxes-d9.openy.org/ Open Y version | 8.x-2.8.0 Open Y installation type | Custom

Description: When I add a new mapping to configure synchronization between GroupEx Pro and PEF on the page /admin/openy/settings/mappings/mapping after saving I stay on the view entity page which is completely useless instead of redirecting to the list of mappings. Because it is not obvious from the user's point of view that the user should go back to add a new mapping.

I suggest adding a redirect to the listing, so the user could easily add a new mapping.

Demand for this feature is currently low. We will add this to our discussion with Ben on UX.
