Paragraph Backporting: Ping Pong Block + Feature Card

As a Y content admin, I want to use the Ping Pong Paragraph and Feature Cards Paragraph that is being used by other Y associations powered by Image X so that I can better communicate my marketing materials online.

@anpolimus do any IXM clients currently use these paragraph types or should we deprioritize this task off our roadmap?

As per our conversation with @KylieAldridge @anpolimus ping-pong block is a duplication of already existing components in Open Y, so instead of introducing a new component, let's think about just adding a Skin for paragraph_skins module we already have in our arsenal
