Same here on hassio addon
i just wonder, is it only 3 of us having this problem? Then can some kind soul advice how we can troubleshhoot if this problem is related to our setup. Thanks in advance.
same problem here
The same is happening to me, the problem always occurs when the COORDINATOR (Conbee II) is disconnected from NUC Intel, where I have installed the Home Assistant (HASSIO), or when there is an update to the ZIGBEE2MQTT add-on.
It also occurs if the NUC intel has disconnected from the electricity for a while, when turned on the map no longer shows the reality of the network, even with all devices working correctly.
One more note: on my map, only devices that use the battery are floating on the map. The rest appear correctly.
Man....english please.
I'm having the same problem, although a few devices seem to be connected but its not accurate. It also seems like the "Allow new devices to join the network" button is broken, the page just starts eternally refreshing without doing anything.
At first I thought it was some issue because I switched to another stick a few days back. However, it seems more people have the same issue. All devices are shown, but without any shown lines/routes.

Solved today. don't know how, but after restarting zigbee2mqtt assistant working again with working map

Just some infor to share, i am not sure if we are the only few who suffer this problem...Z2M has upgraded to ver 1.15.0, it has also included a webUI sidebar similar to Z2MA. I thought I am seeing double....You may want to try MAP over there. For your infor, I tried without any luck, when i click generate map, it crashed Z2M hard.

Yup, same for me
I have the same problem since I updated zigbe2mqtt from 1.08(not sure exactly but old) to 1.16.
@deviant-aut Welcome on board! I have been having this issue since 1.15.0. No problems at all on older ones.
I manually published the string "raw" on zigbee2mqtt/bridge/networkmap/raw After a refresh I have my map back.
I am debugging with mqtt explorer. Isn't the refresh button suposed to do this automatically?
I confirm this works for me too! Version of Zigbee2MqttAssistant (this software): 0.3.157 (0.3.157+Branch.master.Sha.ea388c3bbc2d43c4c9c62f27bb6764911ba4acc9) Release Version of Zigbee2Mqtt: 1.16.1 Coordinator version: 20190608
In MQTT Explorer : Publish on topic : zigbee2mqtt/bridge/networkmap Radio Button : Raw Message : raw Then click Publish, it will create the new topic which will immediately get populated with link quality values which are then accessible to the Network Map after a Refresh
Strange that such a simple trick is so difficult to correct...
hmm that does not work for me. It does at least ask for all the data but the lines between each device do not get populated...
