Notifications when pairing device

Currently when joining a device there is no feedback from Zigbee2mqtt assistant which makes it hard to figure out if your device started pairing, paired successfully, etc.

To give more feedback to the user, Zigbee2mqttAssistant could show toast notifications when it receives events like device_connected, pairing (https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/information/mqtt_topics_and_message_structure.html#zigbee2mqttbridgelog).

That would be lovely!!! It would require a kind a constant connection with the client (which is not the case right now), but definitely a good feature!
